FITNESS AV is a Spanish brand of sports equipment based in Catalonia, Barcelona.

It was founded in 2023 by Félix Abraham Vázquez Ribas, a student of Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and dedicating himself professionally to the world of Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Like many of the big companies, FITNESS AV was born from an idea related beyond sports. Specifically, of a healthy lifestyle; body, mind and spirit.

When doing Fitness, Abraham always complained about the times he had to change his training shirt because he was constantly drenched in sweat. One fine day, he realized that his compression pants did stay dry, which led him to consider developing his own personal brand with training garments made of a fabric that facilitated the evaporation of sweat. FITNESS AV.

FITNESS AV goes beyond the meaning itself. We want people to feel super identified by what they are or what they would like to become; FITNESS PEOPLE. That would be equivalent to that being with a healthy lifestyle and good habits. In balance and harmony. Both physically and mentally.

That they feel identified every time they wear our brand. And, that every time they look in the mirror of a gym or in the bathroom of an airport, they whisper to themselves, THIS OUTFIT LOOKS GOOD ON ME!

We want them to see themselves reflected in themselves. That would mean the word FITNESS for us.

And, as for the initials AV, they come from the initials of the brothers Abraham Vázquez & Abel Vázquez. That by mere illusion of the founder to want to show off the initials of both, he decided to add AV to FITNESS, and likewise, shine aesthetics and personality.

We want to encourage people to lean into the world of sports and make a habit of it. And that in the course of time they were feeling the benefits that this lifestyle attracts. That they feel fully free to show themselves to the world as they are. Since we consider that sport is one of the tools to illuminate that path.
